1. Scope of Aggregation Services

DiagnoHouse is a healthcare technology and care coordination aggregator platform operating across Pune. We aggregate accredited 3-Tesla MRI imaging centres, CT scan facilities, ultrasound clinics, and NABL-certified pathology labs to provide transparent pricing, single-helpline booking, and consolidated digital report delivery.

Note: DiagnoHouse does not directly perform clinical diagnostic procedures or provide medical diagnoses. Physical scans and laboratory analyses are performed by qualified radiologists, pathologists, and technicians at our accredited partner facilities.

2. Test Booking & Centre Routing

• Slot Confirmation: Bookings submitted online or on WhatsApp are routed to the nearest accredited partner centre based on patient location, machine availability, and prescription requirements.
• Prescription Verification: Certain radiological studies (such as CT scans, contrast studies, or specific MRI protocols) strictly require a valid prescription from a registered medical practitioner as mandated by Indian law.
• Home Sample Collection: Phlebotomist visits for pathology blood tests are scheduled within agreed time windows. Patients must ensure availability at the specified address.

3. Patient Scan Preparation Responsibilities

Patients are responsible for following pre-test clinical instructions communicated by our care coordinators:

• Fasting Requirements: Fasting blood sugar, lipid profiles, whole abdomen sonography, and contrast studies require 8–12 hours of overnight fasting.
• MRI Safety Precautions: Patients undergoing MRI scans must disclose cardiac pacemakers, metallic implants, vascular clips, or claustrophobia prior to entering the 3T MRI room.
• Creatinine Reports for Contrast Scans: Contrast-enhanced CT or MRI scans require a recent Serum Creatinine report to verify renal function.

4. Transparent Pricing & Payment Options

All prices quoted on DiagnoHouse represent direct negotiated network rates. Payment can be made online via UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, Netbanking (via Razorpay), or directly at the diagnostic centre front desk. No hidden charges or extra consultation fees are levied on booked tests.

5. Digital Reports & Delivery SLA

Most routine pathology and imaging reports are delivered digitally on WhatsApp and Email within 24 hours. Complex specialized studies (e.g. histopathology, genetic panels, or multi-sequence MRI brain studies) may require up to 48 hours for senior radiologist reporting. Physical hard copies and film prints can be collected directly from the fulfilling centre upon request.

6. Limitation of Liability

DiagnoHouse is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from medical interpretation of diagnostic reports. Patients must consult their primary treating physician or specialist doctor for medical advice, prescription of medications, or treatment planning based on diagnostic findings.
